Marvellous and amazing location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Umadashi Gate. Good sized and spotlessroom with conditioners as well as Futon Beds as advertised. Amazing, amicable people working here.

The room was tastefully decorated and spacious with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a writing table.
Traditional building and rooms with very comfortable beds. The excellent and comfy location for the price, so close to the castle and the train station and the castle.

The hotel staff is amazing and amicable. the inn has a great setting, really close to the train station and the castle. It is also a short walk from tourist places like Umeco Community Center. When I am in Odawara, I like staying here.

I loved this traditional hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the location was magnificent and convenient - near the subway station. - Easily reached Ryo, located relatively close to the venue, had lunch/dinner there. Renovating my energy needs means renovating my humanity. Go ahead, spin, forge and run. eventdata can never keep up.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tipy Records Inn! The place was super clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The bathroom and kitchen were amazing, and we particularly enjoyed using the beautiful cups and teapots that were provided for guests. We were even treated to a delicious, locally grown watermelon upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. We highly recommend Tipy Records Inn!

This place was cozy and comfortable, with futons that were even comfier than the beds. There were plenty of instructions provided by the hosts for getting there. The shared space had plenty of toilets available. The bathroom and kitchen were super clean and well-maintained. The beautiful cups and teapots provided for guests to use were a nice touch. We were even greeted with a tasty, local-grown watermelon upon arrival. The property is conveniently located a short walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. English is spoken, which is great for non-Japanese speakers. a fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy little inn! The room was beautifully decorated and the futons on the floor were even comfier than the beds. The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the train station and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better was if there were more breakfast options available.

We absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere with comfortable futons and spotless shared toilets. The host was amazing, very friendly and quick to respond. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. English is spoken and instructions are in English, so communication was easy. We really enjoyed our stay as trekkers and would highly recommend it to others without hesitation.
